• List the card

Sellers are responsible for making sure their listing accurately represents the exact physical slab being offered for sale. Sellers should not list cards they do not possess.

Sellers should upload clear photos of the actual slab being sold. Listings are required to include:

• A photo of the front of the slab
• A photo of the back of the slab

Photos should clearly show both the card and the PSA holder. Stock photos or images of a different slab should not be used to represent the exact card being sold.

Sellers control their asking price.

SlabGeek may display information such as the SlabGeek Est. Value, SlabScore, recent sales, historical prices, and other market information alongside a listing.

These are informational tools and estimates. They do not guarantee that a card will sell for any particular amount. SlabScore is intended to help users understand how an asking price compares with available market data — it is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell.

Buyers may make offers on eligible listings. Sellers may accept, decline, or counter an offer.

Offers may expire after a period of time. The final offer expiration period has not yet been finalized.

Once an offer is accepted, the buyer and seller are expected to complete the transaction through SlabGeek's checkout and payment flow.

Eligible listings can be purchased immediately at the seller's asking price using Buy Now.

Once payment is successfully completed, the listing is no longer available to other buyers.

Purchases must be completed through SlabGeek's approved checkout and payment process. Buyers and sellers should not attempt to complete transactions outside of that process.

• Use the correct PSA certification number

• Ship the exact card purchased
• Package it appropriately
• Follow SlabGeek transaction and shipping instructions

The following are not allowed on SlabGeek:

• Counterfeit slabs
• Fraudulent listings
• Stolen cards
• Fake PSA certification information
• Listing cards the seller doesn't possess
• Manipulating transactions or pricing data
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Attempting to bypass SlabGeek's transaction process where prohibited
• Creating accounts to evade marketplace restrictions

To protect the marketplace and enforce these policies, SlabGeek may review activity and, where necessary, restrict or suspend accounts or remove listings.
